Lead the skills development, information sharing and project management discipline necessary to the deliver Projects in a timely manner at planned gross margins or higher in the region. This role will be responsible for delivering LSS Projects in the region and will report direct to the Projects Program director and matrix report to regional Service business director.\nOverall responsibility for managing Projects at regional level(KSA, TICA & SSA) from opportunity stage to development stage and delivering the project successfully to customer.\nEnsures on time delivery of projects, within scope with zero or positive deviation. \nManage team of Project Managers in the region to deliver business commitment aligned with AOP plan.\nMaintains customer's satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolves customer issues. \nOwnership for Projects financial performance at the regional level. Monitors financial performance monthly and reviews estimates versus actuals across the regional project deck to continuously improve Projects operational metrics. \nEffectively leads the implementation of productivity enhancing process changes related to project delivery. \nResponsible for driving costs down to be competitive in the marketplace. \nControls cost and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods and standard processes. \nDrive Remote Migration Services in Region for all Migration projects.\nEnhance utilization of GMSC for all Migration projects in the region\nEnsures the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levels. Ensures projects are resourced properly. \nParticipate in estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being quoted to ensure labor estimates are correct and that the work is achievable from a technical perspective. Ensure that subcontracts, where applicable, are complete and documented. \nParticipate in material SIOP call with factory planners to provide forecast for Backlog and Front log project order demand to factory.\nManage the performance management process, conducting performance appraisals, and providing coaching, training, career planning, development, salary administration and reward and recognition for LSS project managers in region.\n BS degree or equivalent technical or management experience required.\nExperience in a team leadership role. \nThorough knowledge of handling LSS Projects field operations and financial processes\nThe ability to demonstrate energy and determination to achieve results and improvement by overcoming obstacles, remaining effective despite setbacks, and challenging current thinking.\nThe ability to engage employees by providing relevant information in a timely manner using clear and compelling messages and by listening to and valuing input from employees. \nThe ability to understand the implications and assess the appropriate degree of acceptable risk and take actions to minimize risk. \nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
