interfacing processes like Order Fulfillment, Dispute Management and Returns Processes.\nIdentify and drive implementation of Kaizens to optimize operational processes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.\nImplement systemic resolutions to address process/ product gaps and improve efficiency.\nSupport and Lead In Service and Entry Into Service Processes and MOS\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline or related field.\nSix Sigma Green Belt certification.\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nFundamental knowledge of electronics manufacturing, assembly & troubleshooting process.\nWorking Experience and proficient in handling ERP Tools such as SAP, Oracle etc.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\nWE VALUE\nProficient in handling GenAI and Power BI Tools.\nProficient in carrying out troubleshooting and programming of electronic security products.\nMaster’s degree in engineering/ project management\nSix Sigma Black Belt certification \nProfessional experience in Customer Experience, Quality, Technical Support
