Manage data collection and analysis of suppliers, internal and field issues.\nRecommend and implement enhancements to the quality system that result in improved corporate quality performance, increased customer satisfaction and support quality value engineering initiatives.\nLead Continuous Process Improvement activities throughout the organization. Manage creation of action plans within those groups to correct the issues, follow up, and track the identification of corrective actions and lessons learned.\nManage ISO 9001 compliance for the business. Oversee the internal and external audit programs. Communicate and action non-conformances, findings, and observations with the responsible organizations.\nLead Supplier Development Program to ensure right Quality, right time, and right price parts through focused continuous improvement efforts, which include visiting suppliers for audits.\nCoordinate communication of quality issues across all areas of the company\nStay cognizant of current and future trends in Quality and Process Improvement in the industry and adapt to the company as necessary.\nConduct and organize training of employees on ISO 9001, statistical techniques, problem solving, and quality awareness.\nRespond to change productively and handle other duties as required.\nFollow all company quality policies and procedures.\n EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s Degree in related technical field\nFive or more years’ experience as a Quality Engineer or equivalent\nProven teamwork and leadership ability\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\nCertified quality engineer preferred.\nQuality auditor certification is a plus.\nGreenbelt Six Sigma certification is a plus.\nExperience working in ISO 9001 Quality standard.\nKnowledge and experience in ATEX/IECEx environment strongly required (ISO IEC 80079-34)\nAbility to organize and manage multiple tasks.\nDetail orientated.\nGood interpersonal and communication skills. Could effectively interface with suppliers, co-workers, customers, and regulatory agencies.\nExperience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nUnderstanding and use of computers and programs to collect, display, analyze and disseminate information.
