Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and execute quality assurance activities including audits, inspections, and process validations to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.\nDevelop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) by conducting thorough root cause analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to prevent recurrence of quality issues.\nUtilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n YOU MUST HAVE\n2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, auditing, and CAPA implementation\nStrong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance including ISO 9001 and FDA regulations\nProficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis techniques, and quality documentation and reporting\nExperience with quality management systems and supplier quality management\nWE VALUE\nAdvanced degree such as a Master’s in Engineering or related technical field\nExperience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities\nKnowledge of risk management and continuous improvement processes\nAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL\nIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
