Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors,\ndriving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead quality assurance activities including audits, inspections, and process validations to ensure compliance with quality standards.\nCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nDevelop and implement quality control plans and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce defects\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics\nMinimum of 6 years’ experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or related industries\nStrong knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions\nProficiency in quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and audit methodologies\nExperience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles\nWE VALUE\nAdvanced degree in Engineering or related technical field\nExperience with building automation or related technology industries\nCertification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)\nStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously\nExperience with data analysis and reporting \nKnowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and test systems\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL\nIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
