In this role, you’ll apply your advanced Project Management skills to lead global cross-functional teams, manage project scope and execution, and deliver innovative solutions that improve safety, reliability, and efficiency for our customers.\nYou will report directly to our Engineering Program Management Director, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA or Northford, CT location on a Hybrid work schedule.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead 3-4 concurrent global new product introduction programs, overseeing integrated hardware, Firmware, and/or software, and/or mechanical product development using Agile methodology.\nDevelop and maintain project release roadmaps, schedules, and budgets using MS Project or smart sheets, ensuring delivery within defined scope, cost, and time targets.\nDirect multi-disciplinary cross-functional engineering and operations teams (10-15+ team members across multiple sites), ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.\nDefine program scope and manage change control, including negotiations with stakeholders on program contracts and scope variations.\nDrive commercialization success, ensuring products target revenue, cost, and business objectives while balancing technical feasibility.\nIdentify and mitigate risks proactively, while capitalizing on opportunities to improve program outcomes.\nWork along with Integrated supply chain teams and manufacturing, ensuring readiness for production and successful design transfer into factory processes.\nReport program status to senior leadership, providing clear updates on milestones, risks, and financial performance.\nEnsure compliance with Honeywell's product development process and tools and continuous improvement practices, applying structured problem-solving to strengthen program results.\nCollaborate with commercial teams and, when required, engage directly with customers to align technical execution with business needs.\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, & engineering.\n5+ years of program or project management experience managing complex engineering projects and leading cross-functional teams.\n3+ years of experience in Product development experience with hardware/software integrated products and global development teams.\nStrong knowledge of engineering product development principles and project management methodologies.\nProficiency with MS Project tool, including ability to create and maintain complex schedules, Project Plans and Project updates.\nWE VALUE\nPMP Certification.\n5+ years of experience in product development or project management experience with hardware/software integrated products and global development teams.\nSix Sigma Greenbelt certification.\nAbility to communicate and work effectively with internal and external customers at all organizational levels\nAbility to effectively lead, manage, and energize cross-functional teams across multiple sites\nAbility to quickly assess unclear, complex, and ambiguous situations and reduce into distinct, clear, timely, and stable direction for the development team\nAbility to negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external stakeholders.\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL\nIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
