Friday.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage end-to-end delivery of AI and software solutions for customer deployments, from planning and implementation through validation and handover.\nPartner closely with AI, Engineering, Product, UX, and platform teams to understand technical requirements, dependencies, integration needs, and deployment readiness.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery commitments.\nCoordinate execution across global engineering teams, customer stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners.\nDrive alignment between technical development timelines and customer deployment commitments.\nIdentify and proactively manage risks, issues, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.\nFacilitate technical and business discussions to resolve blockers, clarify ownership, and drive timely decisions.\nCoordinate customer-site readiness, integration activities, testing, deployment schedules, and post-deployment follow-up.\nManage vendor deliverables and third-party dependencies to ensure alignment with project milestones.\nProvide clear, concise project updates to engineering leadership, business stakeholders, and customer-facing teams.\nSupport continuous improvement of project management practices, deployment processes, and execution tools.\nDevelop a strong understanding of our AI platform, capabilities, and technology ecosystem to become an effective bridge between engineering and customer delivery.\n YOU MUST HAVE\n5+ years of experience in technical project management, engineering project management, software implementation, or related roles.\n5+ years of experience managing complex software, technology, or engineering projects involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders.\n5+ years of demonstrated ability to coordinate AI technical teams, manage dependencies, and deliver projects against committed milestones.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with engineering teams, business leaders, customers, and external partners.\nWorking knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and technology integration processes.\nExperience developing and managing AI project schedules, resource plans, risks, issues, and status reporting.\nExperience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nWE VALUE\nAbility to understand technical concepts, ask the right questions, and translate technical challenges into clear actions and business implications.\nStrong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.\nExposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, IoT, or enterprise software platforms.\nExperience with customer-facing technology implementations, enterprise software deployments, or systems integration.\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms, APIs, data integration, and software deployment processes.\nExperience coordinating globally distributed engineering teams and external vendors.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and influence teams without direct authority.\nStrong technical curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies.\nExperience working in fast-paced product development or innovation environments.\nInterest in building a long-term career in technical program management and AI delivery.\nU.S. Person Requirement\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL\nIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
