The meeting of all agreed metrics and customer interactions linked to it.\n Key Responsibilities\nPeople\nProvide strategic Leadership to a multi-disciplined team consisting of an FSM & SOL plus Service, Projects & Support specialists dealing with complex technical equipment and a highly sophisticated range of products and services.\nEnsure the organization achieves its strategic growth objectives through attracting, developing, rewarding & retaining the necessary skills and resources in the A360 environment.\nBusiness\nAccurate planning and forecasting of business performance.\nAggressively deploying growth initiatives.\nPartner with Project Automation and Advanced Solutions Business LOBs.\nWork with the Sales team to drive additional orders and develop / capitalize on business opportunities.\nOperations\nWork with the Field Service Manager & Service Operations Leader to develop and establish an operational plan to provide the path for the operational processes i.e. Applicable CRM and SAP.\nCommunication with the Customer in accordance with a contract specific Communications Plan (supported by Stakeholder Analysis and RASCI).\nSupport the Service team in resolving incidents and troubleshooting of problems (including an escalation process for the customer).\nReview system performance metrics and plan / manage accordingly.\nOversee all major upgrades and migrations.\nWork within Customer’s change management process.\nServe as approver of all significant change requests.\nInclude an operational risk / benefit assessment for all significant changes (including a Risk Management Plan).\nParticipate in all pre-outage planning meetings and support all On-Process Migrations.\nReview and advise the site on all project activities affecting the control system\nEnsure documentation is updated.\nSupport the Field Service Manager & Service Operations Leader in developing and communicating training needs that would improve system performance or reliability (including Training Needs Analysis, Training Plan and Competency Matrix for Honeywell & Customer team members).\nManage third party underpinning contracts to ensure cost effective, appropriate quality and timely performance.\nSafety\nEnsure compliance with a contract specific HSE Plan \nEnsure that all required safety standards are understood and measured for full Honeywell Technologiescompliance throughout the service business. \nBe a spokesman for Honeywell Technologiessafety culture and promote safety always.\n YOU MUST HAVE\nA Degree in engineering or relevant job experience preferred.\n5-10 years in an industrial environment\nNeed to be equipped with all IT remote connection communication tools.\nRequired to work irregular working hours to facilitate global time difference telephone conferences or strategic planning sessions.\nOff-shore visits might be required based on customer requirements. \nDemonstrated technical management and leadership abilities. (Conceptualise, develop, and execute)\nFinance - understanding of Profit & Loss statements.\nExperience in Service and Project Management methodologies.\nKnowledge of appropriate Business, Engineering, Field and Supply Chain principles.\nExcellent Communication skills - oral, written and presentation. (Norway and English)\nBroad knowledge of Honeywell Technologies products and their applications thereof. \nNegotiation and conflict management skills.\nHoneywell Technologiesservice applications.
