This role combines technical leadership, commercial support, and people development to align engineering execution with business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage engineering project execution across the SEA region for HCI products and solutions (base portfolio and NPI).\nOwn overall project delivery performance, ensuring schedule adherence, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.\nDrive billability and optimize resource utilization across the regional engineering team.\nDevelop and implement structured training and development plans for engineers aligned with business needs and emerging market demands.\nMentor and coach engineering team members to enhance technical proficiency and leadership capabilities.\nBuild a high-performance engineering team with strong domain expertise in HCI solutions.\nOwn and drive Field Sales Lead (FSL) targets, contributing to additional order intake generated through engineering activities.\nCollaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and expand the project pipeline through engineering-driven engagements.\nSupport revenue growth by aligning engineering capabilities with business strategies.\nProvide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including clarifications, proposal development, and bid submissions.\nActively participate in pursuit strategies, contributing technical insights to strengthen competitive positioning.\nSupport risk assessment and solution validation to ensure feasible and optimized proposals.\nDeliver technical consultancy to clients during sales pursuits, influencing decision-making through strong technical advocacy.\nEngage customers to understand requirements, recommend optimal solutions, and build long-term relationships.\nPosition Honeywell solutions effectively based on client needs and industry best practices.\nServe as the regional technical authority for expertise either in Data domain (MES, APM, PI) or Process domain (Optimization: APC | Simulation: OTS, HPDT, USD)\nDrive standardization, best practices, and innovation in simulation solutions across the SEA region.\nSupport complex project execution with deep technical guidance and problem-solving.\nAct as the Voice of Customer (VoC), capturing field insights and translating them into actionable feedback for product development.\nInfluence product roadmap and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and project learnings.\nCollaborate with global product teams to align solutions with regional requirements.\n\nKey Experience & Capabilities:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Control Systems, or related discipline).\nMaster’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.\nMinimum 6 years of experience in engineering, with a strong background in L4 data domain, or L3 process domain, or industrial software solutions.\nProven experience in engineering leadership or management role, preferably managing regional or cross-functional teams.\nDemonstrated involvement in project delivery, proposal development, and technical sales support.\nExperience working in oil & gas, petrochemicals, refining, or process industries preferred.\nTrack record in customer engagement, technical consultancy, and influencing stakeholders.\nWho We Are\nThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
