Our solutions help optimize the performance, efficiency, and reliability of turbomachinery systems across a variety of industrial sectors.\nWe work closely with our customers to deliver customized solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.\nThe Senior Application Engineer/System Sales Engineer will provide technical and commercial support during the sales process by understanding the customer process and needs, and identifying the rotating equipment control solutions offered by the Honeywell CCC group.\nThe main focus of the Senior Application Engineer/System Sales Engineer will be to assist the organization in winning orders by providing technical rotating equipment expertise and solutions to our customers by supporting CCC group customers within the assigned region in conjunction with the Account Managers.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:\nProvide technical and strategic support for Brownfield and Greenfield sales opportunities by reviewing, validating, and presenting CCC solutions to customers. \nAct as the regional Subject Matter Expert for TMC (Turbomachinery Controls optimization), support Application Engineers and Dynamic Simulation sales activities, conduct site surveys, support startups and training, and assist with proposal, contract, and scope qualification reviews. \nServe on Project Review Boards for regional projects.\nAct as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with customers, third-party stakeholders, Account Managers, and internal teams to develop and advocate optimal CCC solutions while building synergies across the Honeywell organization.\nLead regional technology seminars, sales events, and customer workshops to promote CCC turbomachinery control solutions, strengthen customer relationships, gain market insight, and demonstrate the value of CCC technologies and applications.\nDevelop regional technical and application expertise through customer engagement, mentoring project execution teams, and supporting account strategies to drive growth and successful solution adoption across the region.\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures\nRespond to change productively and handle other duties as required\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMaster’s Degree in Automation and Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering\n Five years experience in rotating equipment control systems as SME (Subject Matter Expert) or related field or related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience\nExperience in Oil & Gas / Chemical Industry field is preferred\n Native proficiency in the local language (Italian or Dutch) and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.\nMust be eligible and able to obtain work visa or work permit in country/site of field assignment(s)\nValid international driver’s license mandatory\nOnly for Italy\nAnnual salary gross from €60,700 and applicable CCNL is Metalworking and Plant Installation Industry. Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications and are also based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
