Through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Honeywell operational excellence principles, you will help build a culture of accountability, problem solving, and continuous improvement across Sundyne operations.\nYou will report directly to the Senior Director, ISC Operations and will be based in Arvada, Colorado, operating on a hybrid work schedule.\nIn this role, you will have a direct impact on operational performance, manufacturing consistency, and strategic growth by leading transformation initiatives, coaching leaders, and driving execution of business-wide operational excellence priorities.\n Key Responsibilities:\nLead the development and execution of the PT-Sundyne Operational Excellence strategy across multiple manufacturing locations.\nDrive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost performance through Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.\nPartner with site leadership teams to establish standardized operating practices and strengthen management operating systems.\nFacilitate value stream assessments, Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and transformation activities focused on measurable business results.\nIdentify system-level improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional teams in implementing scalable solutions.\nUtilize data and performance metrics to prioritize improvement efforts, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.\nChampion root cause problem solving and disciplined execution across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and support functions.\nCoach and develop leaders, managers, and site teams on Operational Excellence principles, Lean methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.\nShare best practices across the global manufacturing network and drive replication of successful improvements.\nFoster a culture of engagement, ownership, and continuous learning throughout the organization.\n You Must Have:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or a related technical field.\n8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, or operational excellence.\nDemonstrated success leading Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies.\nExperience influencing and leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global organization.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions and operational improvements.\nExcellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and change management skills.\nAbility to travel internationally, 25%-40%, to PT-Sundyne manufacturing locations as business needs require.\nWe Value:\nProven experience leading multi-site operational excellence transformations.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operating systems and production management practices.\nExperience within engineered products, industrial equipment, aerospace, energy, or other complex manufacturing environments.\nStrategic thinker with the ability to connect operational improvements to broader business objectives.\nA proactive, results-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic environments and drives change through influence and collaboration.\nPassion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.\nAbility to balance governance, standardization, and process discipline with practical business execution.\nUS Person:\nDue to compliance with U.S export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US person which is defined as a US Citizen, a US permanent resident, or have protected status in the US under asylum or refugee status.\nThe salary range for this position is $130,000 to $156,000.
