Your role is to understand the customer’s business, processes and objectives, translate these into meaningful solution approaches, and clearly communicate how our solutions can deliver measurable value.\nYou will combine business acumen, technical understanding, industry knowledge and consultative skills to guide customers from initial discovery through solution definition and demonstration.\nYou don’t just demonstrate what the product can do - you help customers understand what the right solution should look like.\nKey Responsibilities\nApply knowledge of Life Sciences, pharmaceutical quality processes and regulated environments when developing solution approaches.\nUnderstand how customer requirements relate to relevant quality, compliance and regulatory expectations.\nConsider areas such as GxP, data integrity, validation and controlled processes when discussing potential solutions.\nHelp customers understand how digital solutions can support their quality processes within a regulated environment.\nStay current with industry trends, digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies relevant to Life Sciences.\nPartner closely with Sales to develop solution strategies for complex opportunities.\nSupport opportunity qualification by assessing customer requirements, solution fit, complexity, dependencies and potential risks.\nParticipate in customer presentations, executive briefings, workshops and technical discussions.\nPartner with Account Executives to understand customer objectives, challenges, business processes and desired outcomes.\nLead and support discovery sessions with prospective and existing customers.\nEngage directly with business, technical and quality stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify opportunities.\nDesign and deliver tailored, compelling solution demonstrations based on customer-specific business processes and requirements.\nDevelop realistic use cases, demonstration scenarios and solution narratives that clearly communicate business value.\nLead solution and value workshops with customer stakeholders.\nTranslate complex product capabilities into clear and relevant business outcomes.\n Must Have\nFluent in German and English communication skills.\nExperience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Presales or a comparable customer-facing technology role.\nExperience gathering and analyzing business, functional and/or technical requirements.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.\nExperience working with Life Sciences, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.\nUnderstanding of GxP, Quality Management, data integrity or validation principles.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across Sales, Product and Delivery organizations.\nWillingness to travel to customers and industry events as required.\nStrongly Preferred\nExperience with enterprise SaaS or cloud-based software solutions.\nExperience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.\nExperience with RFP/RFI processes.\nUnderstanding of enterprise integrations and software architecture.\nExperience designing customer-specific demonstrations and solution workshops.\nExperience working with AI-enabled solutions or digital transformation initiatives.\nProficiency in other European languages (Particularly Spanish, French, German, Italian)\nNice to Have\nExperience with Quality Management Systems or other enterprise quality applications.\nKnowledge of Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms.\nExperience working with APIs, integrations or connected enterprise applications.\nExperience engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n We are an equal opportunity employer committed to equal opportunity and valuing diversity within our company.
