You will collaborate with top minds, grow through continuous learning, and thrive in an environment that rewards and celebrates achievements.\nJoin Us and Make an Impact.\nA Site Manager assists in completing construction projects by reviewing design, planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManaging the sub-contractors \nManaging customer satisfaction onsite\nEnsure to achieve the required construction result within the scope time, quality and schedule\nMaintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations\nReview Honeywell Issue for construction documentation together with Consultants & Project Design documents for compliance with Specification, buildability and commission ability\nSecurity and access management onsite \nKey Experience & Capabilities:\nPreferably Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, trade background.\n10 years related industry experience in Brown field contracts doing retrofit and upgrade \nExperience in Security or controls \nKnowledge in Design Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Supervision, Managing schedule, managing sub-contractors\nHighly proficient in all the key areas of onsite management\nConstruction/site supervision of Controls, Mechanical or Electrical personnel\nGood team building skills and experience in leading and managing the day-to-day activities onsite \nProfessional and responsible with clients, employees, subcontractors and management\nExperience in time and resource management, including HSE and sub-contractor management\nExcellent verbal/written/presentation skills\nAbility to work and prosper in a flexible dynamic team environment\nWho We Are\nThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
