The role partners closely with Product Management, Architecture, Hardware Engineering, Customer Support, Cybersecurity, and Business stakeholders to deliver innovative access solutions that simplify and secure property transactions.\nThis role combines strong technical leadership, people management, product delivery ownership, and strategic planning capabilities to accelerate Supra's digital transformation and market leadership.\n Key Responsibilities\nEngineering Leadership\nLead multiple Agile software teams developing cloud, mobile, and access management solutions.\nDrive technical execution for property access platforms, identity services, authentication frameworks, and connected device ecosystems.\nEstablish engineering standards, architecture governance, and software quality practices.\nPartner with architects and technical leaders to define scalable and secure technology roadmaps.\nPromote engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.\nDrive adoption of Zero Trust and secure-by-design engineering principles.\nCollaborate closely with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities and security risks.\nProduct Delivery\nOwn engineering execution of product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.\nPartner with Product Management to translate customer and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nManage project prioritization, sprint planning, release planning, risk management, and execution tracking.\nEnsure predictable delivery with high quality and customer satisfaction.\nCloud & Platform Engineering\nLead development of cloud-native applications and scalable platform Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nExperience\n15+ years of software engineering experience leading software engineering teams.\nProven experience delivering enterprise SaaS, cloud-native, or IoT platforms.\nExperience with Agile software development and product delivery.\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong software architecture and distributed systems knowledge.\nExperience with cloud platforms (GCP/Azure).\nExperience building REST APIs and microservices.\nKnowledge of authentication and authorization technologies (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA).\nExperience with mobile application ecosystems (iOS and Android).\nUnderstanding of IoT, edge devices, and connected product architectures.\nExperience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.\nStrong knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC).\n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience in access control, identity management, physical security, or smart building industries.\nExperience with connected hardware devices and embedded systems integration.\nKnowledge of property technology (PropTech) or real estate technology platforms.\nFamiliarity with digital credentialing and mobile access solutions.\nExperience integrating with MLS, brokerage, or real estate transaction
