In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end engineering execution, from design and system integration to commissioning and project delivery-ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with customer expectations and contractual requirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead engineering design, implementation, and commissioning of BMS / IBMS /SCADA projects\nDefine project technical scope, architecture, and system design\nCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for project delivery\nManage: Design submissions & technical documentation and Engineeringschedules and deliverables\nAssign and oversee work packages for local and remote teams.\nDrive project milestones, quality, and timelines\nSupport system integration (e.g., Niagara, SCADA platforms)\nLead on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards\nMust Have:\n10+ years’ experience in BMS / IBMS / Building Automation\nProven experience in project engineering & delivery (end-to-end lifecycle)\nStrong expertise in: SCADA platforms (e.g., Niagara), HVAC / ACMV systems andNetworking (IP-based systems)\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering orequivalent\nStrong ability to manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes \nExperience with ELV systems: CCTV/Access Control/Fire Alarm systems \nExposure to smart building / integrated platform solutions \nWe Value:\nStrong technical leadership and problem-solving skills \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management \nProven ability to lead and influence teams (matrix environment) \nWho We Are\nThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
