As a hub of flexibility and rapid adaptation, the VE/CE COE is Honeywell's strategic response to the \"ever-evolving\" marketplace demands.\n Manage the Americas VE/CE Team process engineering team\nDeliver the yearly targets for Value Engineering and Component Engineering for the GBE\nAddress the need to expand key product margins\nAsses and benchmark current state end to end processes through value stream mapping and identify and opportunities to gain efficiencies upon, through automation, digitization, simulation, or process re-engineering and/or optimization throughout design to delivery processes. \nDrive cross functional and business alignment, driving strategic initiatives in partnership with our factories to improve productivity & to expand product margins\nDrive change and maturity across different processes\nDeliver, baseline and measure success on strategic initiatives\nLead a team of high performing engineers, as well as people management and coaching leaders to ensure strong succession plan is in place in the team\nDeveloping training plans for the TRR and People Competency Development. \n YOU MUST HAVE:\nEngineering degree (Bachelor /Master)\n10+ years of Experience managing, ideating and executing Value Engineering and Component Engineering projects\nSolid knowledge on PMC and / or HGAS product portfolio\nExperience in an industrial environment of large global organization\nExceptional Change, Process, Data and Analytics Skills\nSolid knowledge of specific product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple processes and systems\nExperience in Hardware as well as Software\n10+ years of experience in any business aligned to Honeywell relevance (HBT, SPS, AERO, HPS)\nDFSS Green Belt\nWE VALUE:\nSix Sigma Black Belt\nCapacity to drive change and common process, standards, tools, metrics, and organization capabilities across the businesses globally\nEffective change agent constantly challenging conventional thinking \nExtensive collaborative work with partners enabling teams to exceed expectations on work delivery and timelines\nStrong oral and written executive presentation & presence skills;
