operational strategies aligned with Honeywell ISC and Building Automation business goals.\nPartner with Site Leadership to build and execute annual operating plans and long-range business objectives.\nDrive operational rigor through Daily Management Operating System (MOS) processes and tiered accountability.\nProduction & Materials Management\nEnsure production plans are executed to meet customer requirements and revenue commitments.\nLead production scheduling, materials planning, inventory deployment, and capacity management.\nOptimize inventory levels while maintaining customer service and working capital targets.\nCollaborate with procurement teams to mitigate material shortages and supply disruptions.\nYOU MUST HAVE:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.\n8+ years of progressive manufacturing, operations, and supply chain leadership experience.\n5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and/or cross-functional teams.\nExperience leading production, planning, materials, procurement, and logistics functions in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.\nExperience managing ERP/MRP systems and operational analytics.\nAbility to drive results in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing operation.\nAdvanced English communication skills.\nWE VALUE:\nMaster's degree (MBA or related field).\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.\nExperience within electronics, building automation, industrial manufacturing, or high-mix/low-volume operations.\nStrong business acumen and financial management skills.\nExperience leading transformational initiatives and organizational change.\nProven ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.\nDemonstrated success in improving productivity, inventory performance, and customer
