Your technical leadership will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT systems, ultimately enhancing our competitive edge and operational efficiency.\n Analyze and optimize SAP FICO processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\nAnalyze and improve financial and controlling IT systems to enhance performance and reliability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective IT solutions.\nProvide expert guidance on IT strategies related to financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\nPartner with Communities of Excellence (COEs) to do the demo of solution to the super users & business, SME’s\nFunctional data and data support and data mapping\nPartner with COEs on assessing the needs of security profiles for the business and mapping security roles of super user with TO BE responsibilities\nGuide and validate the business operating models based on Honeywell’s Global Design Model (GDM)\nTraining the super users to ensure they are ready to do UAT and BOAT and support end user training plan\nPrepare and validate E2E testing, solution and scenario list\nSuggest and execute mitigation actions required from the readiness assessment\n YOU MUST HAVE\n5+ years of experience in IT analysis, particularly in financial systems.\nProven track record of delivering IT projects\nDemonstrated experience in successfully participating in technology projects to completion.\nFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in relevant industries.\nProficiency in financial software and data analysis tools. WE VALUE\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\nExperience with SAP ECC R/3 FICO with SAP S4 FICO experience preferred \nStrong strategic thinking and business acumen.\nExcellent technical knowledge, communication, and decision-making skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nSAP certifications in Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), or related financial modules.\nExperience working in complex, global finance and controlling environments.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including record-to-report, cost management, and financial close.\nExperience supporting financial integration across business domains, including Manufacturing, Logistics, and Capital Projects.\nAbility to translate complex financial and controlling requirements into clear system designs and business requirements.\nStrong documentation, training, and communication skills.\nExperience with structured testing methodologies, deployment readiness, and hypercare support.
