You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the next generation SAP ERP capabilities (S/4 HANA) as part of the logistics workstream, encompassing Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, and Global Trade Services.\nIn this role, you will have an impact on the overall design, build, test, and implementation of the SAP ERP solutions for Logistics.\nTravel: up to 25%\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nExperience with SAP ERP implementation (S/4 HANA preferred), system integration, and data management\nLead master data validation, cleansing, and standardization.\nPartner with IT, SAP functional teams, and system integrators to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in solution design and configuration.\nSystem Integration and User Acceptance Testing lead, support the resolution of defects and design gaps.\nDevelop training content and plan and roll-out globally across the logistics organization.\nSupport the development of risk assessments, business continuity plans, and business impact assessments.\nCutover planning and execution, provide hands-on support during cutover, go-live, and Hypercare, addressing logistics issues.\nInfluence adoption of standardized logistics processes, supporting governance forums, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport Sr Logistics Manager with change management.\nYOU MUST HAVE\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in logistics operations or supply chain within a manufacturing environment\nStrong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and trade compliance processes\nProficiency in SAP modules related to logistics and order management\nProject management experience\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement\nWE VALUE\nBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business\nSelf-starter with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives\nStrong process engineering and project management skills.
