process models in SAP Signavio using agreed modeling standards, hierarchy, naming conventions, ownership, version control, and approval workflows.\nProcess mining analysis: Use SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze variants, cycle times, bottlenecks, rework, manual interventions, control gaps, compliance deviations, and automation opportunities.\nUse-case development: Partner with business leaders and process owners to define high-value process mining hypotheses, business questions, KPIs, analytical requirements, expected value, and action plans.\nStakeholder working sessions: Plan and facilitate cross-functional workshops, process walkthroughs, and working sessions to validate process reality, align on the desired future state, clarify handoffs, and agree improvement actions.\nGDM collaboration: Coordinate closely with Global Design Model teams to confirm alignment with global standards, identify necessary exceptions, and translate approved changes into updated process flows and governance artifacts.\nEnhancement coordination: Identify, prioritize, document, and coordinate enhancements to existing Signavio process analyses, dashboards, data models, and process documentation.\nProcess governance: Establish sustainable ownership, review cadences, change controls, quality checks, and escalation paths so process models and insights remain accurate, current, and trusted.\nCross-functional integration: Connect Material Management processes with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Finance, Customer Experience, Master Data, and IT to prevent fragmented or locally optimized process designs.\nInsight-to-action leadership: Convert analytical findings into practical improvement initiatives, quantified opportunities, implementation roadmaps, and structured handover to accountable process owners, partnering with our business analyst.\nAdoption and capability building: Coach process owners and key users on process mining interpretation, process modeling, KPI definitions, and the use of Signavio insights in recurring operational and management routines.\n Continuous improvement: Monitor process performance after changes, validate realized benefits, capture lessons learned, and update process documentation and analytical content accordingly.\n Key Deliverables\nValidated end-to-end current-state and future-state process maps for prioritized ISC value streams.\nA governed and current SAP Signavio process repository with defined ownership and review dates.\nProcess mining use-case portfolio, including hypotheses, KPIs, data requirements, expected value, and prioritization.\nProcess performance analyses and dashboards covering variants, cycle time, rework, automation, controls, and deviations.\nDocumented process gaps, root causes, improvement opportunities, decisions, and action plans.\nProcess enhancement roadmap aligned with GDM, business priorities, and technology dependencies.\nProcess governance standards, RACI, review cadence, change-control mechanism, and quality criteria partnering with business analyst.\nTraining materials and recurring stakeholder forums that embed process insights into operational decisions.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.\nTypically 7+ years of experience in business process management, process mining, process architecture, operational excellence, supply chain transformation, or related roles.\nDemonstrated experience mapping and improving complex end-to-end processes across multiple functions and organizational boundaries.\nHands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence; experience with other process mining platforms is beneficial.\nStrong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, process hierarchy, value-stream mapping, process governance, and continuous improvement methods.\nWorking knowledge of SAP ERP processes and data across Material Management, Order-to-Invoice, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Inventory, and Logistics.\nAbility to define process mining case structures, activities, timestamps, attributes, KPIs, filters, and validation requirements in partnership with technical teams.\nExperience reconciling process insights with source-system data and business definitions to establish confidence in analytical results.\nStrong facilitation, stakeholder management, executive communication, structured problem-solving, and change leadership skills.\nAbility to influence without direct authority and build alignment among process owners, functional leaders, GDM teams, analytics teams, and IT.\nProficiency in English; experience working across regions and cultures is strongly preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nLean Six Sigma, BPM, SAP, or process mining certification.\nExperience designing process governance for a global process repository.\nKnowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL concepts, event logs, dashboarding, and analytical validation.\nExperience developing business cases and measuring benefits such as lead-time reduction, productivity, working-capital improvement, compliance, quality, or automation.\nExperience supporting large-scale ERP, operating-model, or digital transformation programs.\n Measures of Success\nPercentage of prioritized processes mapped, validated, approved, and assigned to an owner.\nPercentage of process models reviewed and updated within the agreed governance cycle.\nNumber and value of process mining use cases moved from hypothesis to implemented improvement.\nReduction in identified cycle time, rework, process variants, manual interventions, or compliance deviations.\nAdoption of SAP Signavio insights in recurring operational and leadership reviews.\nStakeholder confidence in process data, KPI definitions, documented flows,
