report directly to our Supply Chain Director and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.\nIn this role, you will impact the seamless coordination of materials planning activities, contributing to the reduction of production delays and cost efficiencies, thereby supporting Honeywell’s operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\n Lead and supervise the materials planning team to meet production and inventory goals.\nDevelop and maintain materials planning schedules aligned with production requirements.\nCoordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.\nMonitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and reduce excess.\nAnalyze supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the materials planning process.\n YOU MUST HAVE:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.\n5+ years of proven experience in materials planning and supply chain management.\n2+ years of experience as a Team Leader\nEnglish proficient\nExpertise in inventory control and materials forecasting techniques.\nProficiency with SAP, Rapid Response preferred.\nAbility to analyze data and develop actionable plans to improve supply chain performance.\nWE VALUE:\nStrong leadership and team
