instructions.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or related roles.\nPrevious experience in PCB electronics manufacturing is mandatory.\nHands-on experience with SMT electronic assembly processes.\nIPC knowledge and experience applying IPC standards in an electronics manufacturing environment.\nAdvanced English-speaking.\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies.\nExperience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.\nExperience with Six Sigma methodologies.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nWE VALUE\nSix Sigma certification.
