This role is responsible for the successful delivery of the assigned project. This requires preparing, planning, executing, and controlling all aspects of the project delivery or through delegation with the project team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, work, schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to required quality, schedule, and budget\nManage contractual requirements to ensure minimised exposure and control timely responses and escalation\nDirect day to day operations of the project team\nManage effective communications with stakeholders and develop trust with the customers and key stakeholders\nLead all contractual claims and manage together with the Contract Manager/Quantity Surveyor\nManage subcontractors and supply requirements\nDeliver to financial objectives, including forecasting and control billing cost by ensuring project team maintains estimated actual cost at completion\nImplement risk management programs and ensure proactive risk mitigation strategies are delivered and communicated\nEnsure adherence to the highest standards of Health and Safety requirements by Honeywell and our clients\nBeing able to work as integral part of an engineering team\nKey Experience & Capabilities:\nBachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology science). Alternatively relevant electrical trade qualifications with significant experience\nTertiary qualifications in Project Management preferred or proven good work track record\nOver 10 years proven experience in project management including financial management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning\nProven experience involving multiple discipline such as electrical, industrial controls, BMS, electronic Security, and Mechanical. Experience working in integrated hospital is desirable\nProven track record to work on conflict resolution\nMust have proven ability as a member of high functioning team\nCapacity to deliver against multiple objectives with commercial/contractual and financial acumen\nAbility to identify technical solutions to customer needs\nStrong communication skills both written and verbal\nAbility to work under pressure\nA strong commitment to safety and safe working environment\nAbility to travel whenever required\nHolds NV1 clearance (highly advantageous) or ability to acquire NV1 clearance\nAbout Us\nThe world is changing.
