Governance & Compliance\nEstablish and maintain governance frameworks that support GPE operational excellence.\nEnsure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations.\nLead compliance reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments related to project execution and workforce deployment.\nDevelop governance mechanisms for monitoring project execution, resource deployment, and contractor engagements.\nDrive policy awareness and compliance culture across the organization.\nCollaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and Internal Audit teams to address compliance gaps.\nMonitor and report governance and compliance metrics to senior leadership.\n3. Vendor Management\nManage relationships with engineering service providers, staffing partners, and external consultants.\nDevelop vendor governance frameworks, performance scorecards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).\nMonitor vendor performance against contractual commitments, quality standards, and business expectations.\nPartner with Procurement and Legal teams in vendor selection, contracting, and renewal processes.\nDrive cost optimization and value realization from vendor partnerships.\nManage escalation processes and resolution of vendor-related issues.\nConduct periodic vendor performance reviews and business assessments.\n4. Global Secondment Management\nLead end-to-end management of international secondment and employee mobility programs.\nCoordinate with HR, Immigration, Payroll, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure compliant employee assignments.\nEstablish governance processes for global employee deployments.\nEnsure adherence to host-country and home-country employment regulations.\nMonitor assignment costs, duration, compliance requirements, and business justification.\nDevelop reporting and tracking mechanisms for all international mobility activities.\nSupport project leaders and employees throughout the secondment lifecycle.\n5. Taxation & Mobility Compliance\nWork closely with Corporate Tax, Mobility, Finance, Payroll, and external advisors to manage tax implications of employee mobility.\nEnsure compliance with domestic and international tax regulations impacting seconded employees.\nMonitor permanent establishment risks and cross-border employment compliance requirements.\nSupport tax equalization, shadow payroll, and other mobility-related tax processes.\nMaintain accurate records and reporting related to employee assignments and taxation obligations.\nIdentify and mitigate tax and compliance risks associated with global project execution activities.\nSupport audits and regulatory inquiries related to workforce mobility and taxation.\n6. Risk Management & Controls\nIdentify operational, compliance, vendor, and mobility-related risks.\nDevelop mitigation plans and appropriate control mechanisms.\nEnsure effective documentation and audit readiness.\nEstablish escalation frameworks for compliance and operational issues.\nConduct periodic risk reviews and recommend corrective actions.\n7.
