Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.\n Key Responsibilities\nWork with Sourcing & Customer Quality Teams to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented;\nMonitor, communicate and improve key supply chain KPI’s, including Warranty PPM, Supplier PPM, Number of Incidences, etc\nLead supplier quality issues resolution and root cause analysis process as part of RMA process (RCA, CAs, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa);\nWorking with Honeywell Quality, Production, Customer Quality, Engineering, Offering Management and RnD to adjudicate, recommending corrective actions;\nOrganizing any sort/rework/ returns with suppliers;\nMaintain and update critical supplier quality audit system and schedule. Conduct supplier quality audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement;\nEstablish specific short / long term supplier quality goals\nChampion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances\nWork to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply\nSupport Sourcing in evaluation and qualification of new supplier materials following a defined new product development process;\nLead and monitor PPAP process; Communicate engineering specifications to supplier technical teams; Actively manage suppliers to ensure there are no regressions with the implementation of new processes\nStrategically lead supplier performance improvement projects in an effort to increase the supplier capability of consistently meeting Honeywell requirements. Projects may include: process analysis, value stream mapping, process capability and throughput analysis, 6-Sigma, 5S and Kaizen events\nDrive “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base. Travel to supplier locations to resolve quality problems (25-30% short cycle travel);\nAttend tier meetings providing clear and timely updates on issues raised\nEstablish meetings with suppliers to solve quality issues\nProvide the right support for NPI /CE/VE projects\nYOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or 4 years related experience and/or training in manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience\nStrong English written and verbal communication skills and at least level B2 language skills in Dutch\nMust have strong verbal and written communication skills, work well with diverse groups of people and be able to function independently of direct supervision\nAdvanced computer skills using Microsoft Office and SAP applications\nStrong problem solving skills\nStrong organizational skills\nUnderstanding of project management (experience preferred)\nKnowledge of various quality system methodologies 8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, 8-D, FMEA PPAP, etc. preferred\nMust have a valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to travel abroad\nAbility to influence and negotiate with suppliers\nKEY METRICS\nSupplier/site PPM, Warranty PPM, number of Incidences (quality)\nNumber of PPAPs projects\nSupplier caused Warranty cost and claw back compliance\nSavings achieved through supporting supplier transitions\nQuality & Development initiatives implemented\nHPD process compliance\n We are an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to equal opportunities and values diversity in our company.
