planning strategies to meet customer demand and business goals.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure supply chain alignment.\nUtilize advanced planning tools to monitor inventory levels, forecast supply needs, and manage supply risks.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply planning process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\nSupport product lifecycle management by aligning supply plans with product transitions and portfolio changes.\nLead and mentor junior supply planners to build a high-performing team.\n YOU MUST HAVE\n5 years of experience in demand planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or related supply planning functions.\nProficiency with supply planning tools such as SAP, APO, or Forecast Pro.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.\nExperience in managing supply risks and inventory optimization.\nWE VALUE\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.\nExperience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools.\nAPICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
