and Innovation Define the systems engineering strategy, align it with company goals, and steer the development of innovative, advanced solutions.\nPeople Leadership Lead, coach, and develop systems engineers while building a collaborative, innovative, inclusive, and high-performing team.\nAssess team performance regularly and provide timely, constructive feedback to support growth.\nProject Delivery and Risk Deliver projects within the project management framework, proactively mitigating risks through data-driven decisions.\nTechnical Excellence Promote best practices in systems engineering and integration while maintaining current product knowledge.\nServe as the subject matter expert for at least one ELV system.\nPartner with technical experts and leaders to strengthen engineering capabilities and solutions.\nOperational Performance Achieve up to 20,000 billable project hours each year.\nMaintain compliance with Quality and HSE playbooks.\n Customer Focus Review pre-sales estimates to verify that engineering labor addresses contractual and functional requirements.\nEnhance customer satisfaction while meeting the engineering team's productivity, utilization, OTTR, and quality targets.\nUse customer feedback to improve key performance indicators, including Net Promoter Score (NPS).\n Continuous Improvement Encourage effective use of engineering tools, workflows, and methods to improve productivity and quality while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.ments\nPresent complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences\n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nAt least 15 years of experience in the fire, security, ELV, or telecommunications industries.\nExperience leading a team of 10-20 engineers in delivering project packages covering detailed systems design, hardware, software, graphics, and onsite commissioning.\nSubject matter expertise in design, engineering, and commission of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and intercom systems.\nExperience with front-end integrated systems, SCADA, and interfaces across multiple systems.\nPractical experience with active and passive ICT components.\nExperience configuring virtual machines and cybersecurity components, such as firewalls and access control lists, is an advantage.\nKnowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an advantage.\nExperience developing pre-sales solutions is an advantage.\nPRINCIPLE DUTIES\nLead the team for an assigned pole or region in delivering multiple engineering projects.\nPlan project and forecast resource requirements.\nBuild team capabilities by developing the technical expertise of senior and junior engineers.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to continuously improve processes and standards.\nExecute engineering projects within the PMI framework and in accordance with established processes.Manage project scope, risks, changes, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nManage stakeholder communications, including PSR reporting and escalations.\nEnsure compliance with QA processes and maintain quality
