# Technical Trainer

The Technical Trainer is responsible for enabling internal teams to confidently support, develop, integrate, and troubleshoot Honeywell Multisite products. The role serves as a technical instructor, coach, and subject-matter resource, translating complex refrigeration and building automation concepts into practical learning experiences and clear guidance. Success requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong technical credibility, and a friendly, outgoing, and supportive approach. You will report directly to the Multisite Engineering Manager. Key Responsibilities: Train and coach internal teams to develop site-level applications that meet customer requirements for refrigeration and building automation systems. Teach internal teams how to integrate new Honeywell and third-party equipment into Tridium Niagara-based software products. Create and deliver hands-on learning activities that demonstrate how to install, configure, and test applications for Honeywell and third-party hardware in the lab or on a benchtop. Lead technical deep dives and guided troubleshooting sessions that build team capability in diagnosing software and hardware issues. Teach team members
