Work alongside other sanctions, export, and anti-money laundering professionals in an environment that is dynamic, challenging, and collegial. Project management assignments also provide the Trade Sanctions Analyst a portfolio of work that provides additional business partner visibility and growth.\n Assist with executing and implementing Honeywell’s sanctions compliance program, including working collaboratively with the Sanctions Compliance Team on risk management strategies. \nAdhere to and implement sanctions policies and procedures and collaborate with the sanctions compliance team to identify and address gaps in sanctions compliance processes. \nWork with the Sanctions Compliance Team, IT, other compliance functions and businesses to review, enhance, and build controls to support sanctions screening and reporting. \nPerform screening and conduct due diligence of customers and transactions to identify and control for any relevant sanctions compliance risks. \nAnalyze escalations and perform required sanctions reporting on relationships and transactions. \nProcess sanctions reviews through internal request tool and manage communications more broadly across business/functional line management to assess complex issues, structure potential solutions and drive effective resolution within permissible statutory and regulatory frameworks. \nManage a portfolio of sanctions compliance projects as assigned. \n YOU MUST HAVE\n3+ years-experience working with U.S. sanctions laws and regulations\nAt least 1 year of government and/or regulated industry experience working on U.S. sanctions laws and regulations \nWE VALUE\nBachelor’s Degree in any field \nProficiency in using sanctions screening tools and compliance software to identify and assess risks effectively \nExperience analyzing complex regulatory information and applying it practically to business transactions and processes \nExperience working with European Union and United Kingdom sanctions laws and regulations is a plus\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines \nStrong attention to detail \nExcellent problem-solving skills and can-do attitude \nAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities \nStrong communication skills \nThe annual base salary range for this position is $83,600 - $104,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
