- Operation Data Improvement:
Analyze operational data (punctuality rates, lost mileage, congestion patterns)
to identify bottlenecks.
- Assist Inspector team to manage
frontline tram drivers
- Communicate clearly and under
pressure with traffic frontline crews to enforce safety and compliance.
- Handle traffic accidents and
provide assistance to passengers and drivers
- Incident Management: Act as the
coordinator during traffic disruptions, blockages, or technical failures.
- Perform outdoor duties,
including inspections at various tram stops and tram infrastructure
