This role is responsible for maintaining, validating, and updating critical business data across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, experience with enterprise systems, and a commitment to upholding high data quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain and update master data records across business systems including D365, Arete, and VIP (e.g., customer, vendor, product, pricing data).\nPerform regular data audits to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.\nCleanse, validate, and standardize data in line with business rules and internal policies.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, Operations) to gather accurate data and support end-to-end data processes.\nDevelop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.\nWrite and execute queries using SQL to support data validation and reporting tasks.\nSupport implementation and enhancement of data management tools and processes.\nDocument procedures, maintain data dictionaries, and contribute to training and onboarding related to data systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely and effective manner.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of SQL.\nExperience using or supporting Power BI, Tableau, and enterprise data systems.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.\nPreferred:\n3+ years of experience in a data-focused role (data analysis, master data maintenance, or data quality management).\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Arete, and VIP systems.\nExperience working with or supporting internal data quality and governance standards.\n\nWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $22 an hour. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Six (6) days of sick leave; two (2) weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; nine (9) Company Paid Holidays and a 401K Plan with employer match.
