You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. \nPOSITION SUMMARY: \nThis position is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing or packaging production line ensuring that all bottling equipment is in top operating condition while working within the constraints and limits of a set budget.\n\nREPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:\nThe following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.\nSupervise all aspects of mechanical systems, equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment.\nResponsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and systems.\nAbility to assist in planning and execution of mechanical and electrical Best Practice goals.\nAbility to develop and execute plant projects.\nA wide degree of creativity required.\nDevelopment of instrumental training for the manufacturing plant mechanics and electricians.\nSupervise and control maintenance labor & expense budgets.\nPerform safety training and enforce safety procedures for production personnel. Maintain safe working environment for all employees.\nPerform other duties as required.\nEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:\nMust have 5 years of practical experience in a high output manufacturing or packaging facility.\nSome experience with AB (Allen Bradley electrical equipment), PLCs, panel drives, and controls in a Manufacturing environment is helpful.\nStrong inter-personal and leadership skills.\nEngineering knowledge or back-round is a plus.\nExperience with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.\nPrevious experience in a union environment.\n\nCOMPENSATION RANGE: Potential earning is from $78,100.00 to $118,800.00 annually \nThe statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required by personnel so classified.
