Honor Foods is looking for an Inventory Quality Control (QC) Auditor to join our 2nd shift team!\nIn this role, you'll help ensure inventory accuracy, verify customer orders, and identify errors before products leave our warehouse. You'll work closely with our Operations and Inventory Control teams to maintain quality standards, reduce inventory discrepancies, and keep our distribution operations running smoothly.\nWhat You'll Do\nConduct daily warehouse audits to verify inventory and picking accuracy.\nInspect completed orders for correct products, quantities, and product condition.\nVerify pallet configurations, labeling, and load accuracy before shipment.\nIdentify and investigate shortages, overages, damages, and inventory discrepancies.\nResearch inventory errors using warehouse management systems (WMS) and physical inspections.\nDocument audit findings and communicate discrepancies to warehouse leadership.\nPartner with Operations and Inventory Control teams to resolve issues and prevent recurring errors.\nFollow all company safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious warehouse experience preferred, particularly in inventory control, quality assurance, or auditing.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify errors accurately.\n\nBasic computer skills; WMS and RF scanner experience preferred.\n\nGood communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\n\nExperience in food distribution or refrigerated warehouses is a plus.\n\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.\n\nComfortable working in refrigerated or freezer environments as needed.\n\nWhy Honor Foods?\nAt Honor Foods, we know that accuracy, teamwork, and accountability are essential to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
