We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Trainer to train, coach, and develop our 2nd-shift warehouse team members.\nIf you know your way around a warehouse, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and take pride in helping others succeed, we'd love to meet you!\nWhat You'll Do\nTrain new and existing warehouse team members on warehouse operations, equipment, safety procedures, and company standards.\n\nProvide hands-on instruction on electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse management systems (WMS).\n\nSupport new hire onboarding and help team members develop the skills needed to succeed.\n\nEvaluate training progress, identify skill gaps, and provide ongoing coaching.\n\nReinforce safe equipment operation, productivity expectations, and quality standards.\n\nMaintain accurate training records and communicate team member progress to warehouse leadership.\n\nPartner with warehouse supervisors to improve training effectiveness and operational performance.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious warehouse experience is required.\n\nPrevious experience training or coaching warehouse team members is required.\n\nHands-on experience with electric pallet jacks and forklifts.\n\nExperience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).\n\nStrong understanding of warehouse safety practices and operating procedures.\n\nExcellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and lead training in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\n\nAvailability to work Sunday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM.\n\nWhat We
