对技术、供应链、人力、进度等风险提前预警并推动预案落地; 组织问题攻关，推动重难点问题快速收敛。\n5、预算与成本管理\n负责项目预算编制与执行跟踪，管控人力、IP授权、EDA工具、流片及封测等成本，确保项目在预算范围内交付。\n6、流程建设与度量改进\n结合公司IPD/芯片开发流程，持续优化项目管理流程、模板与度量体系; 建立并维护项目例会、问题跟踪、变更管理等日常管理机制; 定期输出项目状态报告与阶段评审材料，向管理层汇报项目进展与风险。\n7、供应商与外部合作管理\n管理与IP供应商、代工厂、封测厂等外部合作伙伴的接口与交付，确保外部依赖按时保质到位。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，微电子、集成电路、电子工程、计算机、自动化等相关专业。\n2、3年以上芯片项目管理经验，或者3年以上芯片设计经验并有志于从事项目管理。\n3、有完整参与至少1~2颗低功耗SoC芯片从定义到量产的全流程项目经验;
