This is an opportunity for an experienced project management professional to partner with Information Services, Quality, operational teams, healthcare partners, and vendors to advance technology initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and support donation and transplantation.\nThe Opportunity\nThe IT Project Manager serves as a strategic liaison between Information Services (IS), Quality, clinical and operational teams, hospital partners, and technology vendors to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of enterprise technology solutions.\nThis role is responsible for managing complex healthcare technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, maintaining project timelines and deliverables, and supporting the ongoing optimization of key systems and platforms. The position also plays an important role in vendor management, system enhancements, and identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve organizational performance.\nReporting to the Director of Information Systems, this individual will work across departments to ensure systems are effectively implemented, integrated, and utilized in support of HonorBridge's strategic objectives.\nWhat You'll Do\nIn this role, you will:\nServe as the primary project manager for the TrueNorth EMR system, including module updates, feature requests, and helpdesk ticket coordination.\nSupport the implementation and ongoing optimization of DonorChart and Copernicus across the service area in partnership with LifeLogics, hospital partners, and internal stakeholders.\nLead enterprise healthcare technology projects including system implementations, integrations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and project documentation.\nIdentify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change management activities.\nFacilitate collaboration between Information Services, Quality, operational teams, hospital-based IS departments, and external vendors.\nCoordinate stakeholder communication and ensure successful system adoption and utilization.\nTranslate business and operational requirements into technology solutions and project deliverables.\nSupport healthcare partner integrations, system access coordination, testing, training, and issue resolution.\nAssist in the management and optimization of SaaS platforms including Salesforce, Copernicus, DonorChart, TrueNorth, HonorBridge Learn, UKG, and TigerConnect.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance system functionality, and increase operational efficiency.\nManage relationships with technology vendors to ensure timely issue resolution, updates, and enhancements.\nDevelop and maintain policies, procedures, workflow documentation, and system configuration records.\nEnsure compliance with applicable healthcare technology regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for a collaborative project leader who can effectively manage technology initiatives, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive successful project outcomes in a healthcare environment.\nMinimum Qualifications Include:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.\n5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.\nExperience managing technology implementations, system integrations, and software deployments.\nExperience with SaaS platforms and vendor relationship management.\nKnowledge of healthcare technology systems, including EMR/EHR platforms and healthcare software applications.\nUnderstanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare data governance standards.\nExperience using project management methodologies and tools.\nProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.\nAbility to translate operational needs into effective technology solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nExperience supporting organ donation, transplantation, or healthcare operations.\nExperience with Salesforce administration or implementation projects.\nLean Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience.\nExperience managing enterprise software implementations across multiple stakeholder groups.\nWhy HonorBridge?\nDonation is a mission that depends on people-people willing to recognize an opportunity, make a connection, solve a problem, support a family, collaborate with a hospital partner, and keep moving the work forward when every moment matters.\nAt HonorBridge, you'll lead at the intersection of mission, healthcare operations, and organizational performance.
