The position is based out of Phoenix, AZ. Our associates receive, inspect, inventory, and store inbound shipments. They provision IT equipment by imaging restaurant Point of Sale, Servers, Computers, and configure Switches, Wi-Fi Access Points and more. The position will be full-time, include benefits, and 401K contribution.Our ideal candidate is someone with warehousing experience, technical aptitude, and a desire to gain fundamental knowledge in IT.\nEssential Functions:\nAccept incoming orders on a daily basis.\nOrganize stock by unboxing and stocking shelves in designated location.\nMaintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received.\nVerify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition.\nProperly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.\nEnsures all scheduled jobs are completed on time and/or address any issues that may have been encountered.\nProvides updates as required, with the completion status of scheduled nightly jobs.\nPerforms QA Checks, as documented, for tasks completed.\nFollow standard procedure for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal or external teams following failed migrations.\nFollow documentation for deploying images to various types of hardware for our customer base.\nDiagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware issues for various PC makes and models using manufacturers’ diagnostic programs.\nTesting hardware configurations to ensure compatibility with customer software.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, for computers and restaurant Point of Sale systems.\nReplacing internal PC parts through manufacturer warranty programs.\nCommunication with our customers and other internal departments is critical - keeping them. informed of build progress for hot spare requests as well as project work.\nFollow documentation and provide feedback for procedural improvements.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nMust be willing and able to maintain a flexible work schedule.\nAbility to quickly adapt to changes in work priorities while managing expectations and competing demands.\nStrong interpersonal skills are required to interact collaboratively with various teams across organizational lines, including the helpdesk agents, project managers, and field technicians.\nAbility to follow established processes and procedures.\nMust be able to work with little to no immediate supervision.\nAbility to adapt to changing procedures and equipment.\nEscalate issues that cannot be completed within given documentation.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCandidate Requirements include:\n1+ years of experience in a personal, academic, or professional technical environment.\n1+ years of warehousing experience.\nHands-on experience and strong working knowledge of Windows environments.\nA successful background check, drug screening and technical interview.
