Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.\nJob Summary:\nThe ASRS/Conveyor Tech is responsible for safely and efficiently handling quality products in a manner consistent with HP Hood LLC Standards.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nMake minor adjustments to equipment to optimize the running efficiency of the line.\nAddresses equipment problems in an aggressive manner, as to minimize downtime.\nDetermine line “bottlenecks” and take action to improve.\nUpholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated area.\nAssist with required warehouse PMs.\nCommunicates with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.\nExpected to perform any duties necessary to support the team or assignments by supervisor.\nMonitor daily reports within system to address any pallet issues\nVigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems, and possible operational improvements.\nUtilizing inventory management systems efficiently and accurately.\nManifest loads correctly.\nHousecleaning. Keep floor clean and organized and cleared of trash.\nReads the load tag and verifies quantity for skids.\nLoads and unloads trailers in a safe efficient manner.\nOperates material handling equipment: stretch wrap machines, Forklift Equipment required, ASRS Systems, Conveyor Systems.\nInspects and operates a forklift equipment.\nVarious tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products\n\nEducation, Experience, Skills and Competencies:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nAt least 3+ years experience in manufacturing.\nIntermediate Computer Skill (i.e. Word, Excel, etc).\nExcellent Troubleshoot Experience.\nSolid Mechanical Skills\nAbility to work well with people or independently\nMulti-tasked Individual.\nExcellent driving skills, hand/foot-eye coordination and manual dexterity\nGood record keeping / clerical skills\nGood far-visual differentiation and depth perception\nGood basic math and reading skills\nGood oral communication and human relations skills\nSome experience or training as a forklift operator\n\nPhysical Requirements…\n\n· Standing: Long periods (a minimum of 8+ hours)\n· Walking: Constantly\n· Bending: Frequently\n· Ability to climb and work comfortably at high altitude\n· Lifting: Heavy (50+ lbs) frequently\n· Ability to work with arms outstretched to the front\n\nExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.\nThe pay range for this position is\n$30.42—$31.26 USD\nReady to join us?
