Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.\nJob Summary:\nUnder direction of the Production Supervisor and/or Production Manager, will follow all established procedures and policies, while producing a product that meets or exceeds available standards while prioritizing safety, quality and efficiency to meet the goals of the company.\nShift: 1:00PM to 9:30PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday) \nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform all tasks and functions related to operating and cleaning filling equipment.\nOperate and clean multiple high speed filling machines in a sanitary, efficient, and effective manner.\nComplete paperwork as per government regulations and HP Hood requirements.\nSafely operate all assigned equipment following JHA requirements.\nConsistently meet production quotas.\nComply with all policies and guidelines outlined for production and sanitation processes.\nParticipate in cross-training efforts to maximize departmental efficiency.\nMaintain weights, codes, packaging, temperature levels and sanitizing to ensure quality products.\nWork in a cooperative manner with managers, supervisors and peers.\nOther duties as assigned.\nJob Qualifications:\nGED or High School Diploma.\nPrior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred\nBasic Computer Skill preferred\nAbility to work well with people.\nCommunication skills are a must.\nMulti-tasked Individual.\nAbility to work independently and in a team based atmosphere. \nWorking Conditions:\nFactory environment\nVarying noise and heat levels.\nResponsibilities allow occasional opportunity for varying work routine\nPhysical Demands:\nStanding: Long periods (a minimum of 8+ hours)\nSitting: Occasionally for short periods\nWalking: Long periods\nBending: Frequently\nTwisting of Spine: Frequently\nLifting: Heavy (50+ lbs) frequently\nCarrying: Heavy (40-60 lbs) frequently distance\nPushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs without assistance frequently\nExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.\nThe pay range for this position is\n$31.29—$33.48 USD\nReady to join us?
