This role supports production reliability by performing preventative maintenance, identifying root causes of equipment issues, and ensuring safe, efficient operations in a manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on production equipment, including motors, PLC-controlled systems, conveyors, sensors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.\n\nConduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.\n\nInstall, align, and calibrate electro-mechanical components, machinery, and control systems.\n\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.\n\nDiagnose equipment failures using multimeters, diagnostic software, oscilloscopes, and other testing instruments.\n\nRepair or replace motors, drives, switches, relays, control panels, gearboxes, pumps, and related components.\n\nAssist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and process improvements.\n\nDocument maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts usage in the maintenance system (CMMS).\n\nEnsure all work follows safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.\n\nCollaborate with production teams to reduce recurring issues and support continuous improvement efforts.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, PLCs, sensors, and automation.\n\nAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.\n\nProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.\n\nKnowledge of AC/DC circuits, control wiring, motor controls, VFDs, and mechanical assembly.\n\nExperience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, robotics, or automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and under pressure.\n\nBasic PC skills for documentation and CMMS entry.\n\nEducation & Experience\nAssociate degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred.\n\n2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electro-mechanical work (or equivalent technical experience).\n\nCertifications/Degree such as Mechatronics, or Industrial Electrician are a plus.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, climb ladders, work from heights, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.\n\nComfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, or moving machinery.\n\nAbility to work OT when
