Join Hood Container as ourCycle Count!\nAs a Cycle Count at our Owensboro Packaging Service plant, you’ll be at the center of our inventory department, ensuring accuracy and safety.\nLocation: Owensboro, KY.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nPerforming the cycle counts as requested. Cycle counts shall be conducted daily (minimum of 3 days a week).\nWork with the Inventory Supervisor on various inventory audits.\nParticipate in all physical inventories.\nSupport quality/data entry in all production areas when inventory issues arise.\nComplete all end-of-run procedures and end-of-run cycle counts.\nMake inventory adjustments after approval of the Inventory Supervisor.\nAssist with reject adjustments as needed.\nMake the product ready for return to the warehouse.\nExecute all disposals per the direction of the Inventory Supervisor.\nAssist with preparing customer samples.\nPerform all tasks assigned by the supervisor.\nWhat It Takes:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nMinimum 2 years of experience in shipping and forklift operations\nAbility to read and write detailed instructions and memos\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nSelf-starter with excellent organizational and teamwork abilities\nWillingness to work overtime during peak periods\nForklift operation experience required\nReliable attendance and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as perform standing, walking, reaching, and climbing duties\nWhy You’ll Love Working at Hood Container:\nCompetitive Pay & Benefits: We offer strong compensation and a full benefits package to support your well-being.
