Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.\nJob Summary:\nPlans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIdentifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.\nRecruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant\nPlans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company\nResponds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and\nPlans, organizes, and controls all activities of the Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.\nPartners with compensation team to: review/revise job descriptions as necessary; supports performance evaluation program. Manages and monitors career pathing/performance management programs.\nDevelops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.\nCoordinates training/educational activities for the Assists departments with the development of training/educational curriculum and activities.\nEmployee relations counseling including coaching and corrective action\nEvaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services\nResponsible for overseeing and monitoring Ethical Sourcing\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree and/or 5 years’ experience in training and human resources\nSkills and Competencies:\nComputer knowledge is essential\nAccounting and financial knowledge important\nAbility to work well with all levels of management and employees\nTraining, communication and public speaking skills are a must\n#LI-GD1 #LI-Onsite\nExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.\nThe pay range for this position is\n$100,000—$115,000 USD\nReady to join us?
