Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.\nJob Summary:\nAbility to perform the duties of the job while demonstrating commitment to Good Manufacturing Process (GMP), Safety, and efficiently working with other team members to produce a high quality food product.\nShift: 2nd shift\nJob Responsibilities: \nProficiently operate all filling, and casing equipment, including labeler, and glue pot.\nMake sure all daily orders are filled and that the correct cups, lids, and codes are used.\nOperate machines efficiently and keep changeover downtime to a minimum.\nMaintain proper weights at all times, as well as operating speeds set by the supervisor or foreman.\nEnsure that the package and product meet our quality standards at all times and report problems to a supervisor immediately.\nSupply stock to machines\nEffectively communicate with other operators in the line\nSave Lab samples per requirements.\nDismantle, clean, and reassemble the equipment if needed.\nMaintain a sanitary work area at all times.\nSanitize and wash hands frequently.\nSupport SQF by maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.\nMaintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.\nReport food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.\nWork overtime, as needed, which will require an obligation from you to fulfill.\nAdapt to new technology as it comes into the department\nCarry out all additional duties assigned by a supervisor or foreman.\nUnderstand and follow all safety procedures, always wear proper PPE, and never put yourself or other employees in harm’s way.\nJob Requirements:\nBasic English/Math skills\nResponsible for reporting to work on time when scheduled.\nAble to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.\nAble to meet all safety compliance standards\nMust be physically fit and without any medical work restrictions to perform the job duties that will be required\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds frequently\nMust be able to lift greater than 50 pounds occasionally.\nMust be able to stand for long periods of time (4 hours)\nMust be able to work 10 hours per day\nExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.\nThe pay range for this position is\n$20.50—$26 USD\nReady to join us?
