Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.\nJob Summary:\nManages all activities related to operations and development of company products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelops and maintains manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and image.\nProvides input to the development of product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products.\nEstablishes production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.\nProvides guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.\nEnsures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.• Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.\nReviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.\nPerforms administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.\nDetermines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.\nResponsible for the successful attainment of production objectives, implementation of policies, and most effective utilization of available resources and facilities.\nEnsure compliance with all legal requirements concerning dairy processing, environmental, safety, and working conditions.\nEnsures effective communication between shifts and other departments by ensuring established communication methods regarding company performance and safety.\nAssist in designing, improving, and installing equipment and systems to improve plant efficiency and meet plant needs.\nEducation and Experience:\nBS/MS Preferred\n7+ years’ experience in a high-volume dairy manufacturing environment.\nSkills and Competencies:\nOperations management responsibility in a 7X24 operation.\nBudgeting and planning experience required.\nMust have managed other operational functions such as projects, processing, and packaging.\nIn depth knowledge of PMO and other related regulatory guidelines as well as interaction with federal and state government employees.\nExperience in building functional teams\nExperience with filling, and packaging\nExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.\nThe pay range for this position is\n$109,900—$131,000 USD\nReady to join us?
