Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.\nJob Summary:\nThe Palletizer Operator is responsible to safely and efficiently package quality products in a manner that is consistent with HP Hood LLC standards.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform all tasks and functions related to operating and cleaning the Palletizer and Stretch wrapper equipment.\nOperate all equipment in accordance with SOP’s, policies and procedures.\nWork in safe manner, in compliance with Federal, State and company GMP’s, SOP’s and administrative policies.\nSubmit work orders and maintain equipment.\nComplete paperwork as per government regulations and HP Hood requirements.\nSafely operate all assigned equipment following all policies and procedures.\nMaintain communication with other plant team members.\nCompliance with all OSHA regulations as well as 100% plant safety policies\nResponsible for general plant cleanliness with the expectation of being inspection ready 24/7.\nAll other assignments given by Supervision.\n\nEducation and Experience: \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nBasic math and computer skills.\nExperience working with manufacturing equipment.\nSkills and Competencies:\nTeam oriented; Ability to collaborate and operate in a team environment.\nAbility to multi-task.\nExceptional interpersonal; and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and in a team based environment.\nPhysical Requirements:\nPhysically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle and move items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and move objects exceeding 50 pounds with reasonable accommodations.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.\nAbility to lift greater than 50 pounds occasionally.\nAbility to wear all necessary personal protective equipment to perform job functions.\nExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.\nThe pay range for this position is\n$27.96—$29.28 USD\nReady to join us?
