This position is expected to lead by example and is responsible for all aspects of the warehouse operation. The Warehouse Supervisor must be familiar with all positions in the warehouse to help out when necessary to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and all work is completed efficiently and on time.\nWork Schedule: 5:00pm to 5:30am (Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule)\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProvide all aspects of leadership for warehouse Personnel responsibilities include, but are not limited to: shift scheduling, maintaining employee motivation and morale, training, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, attendance monitoring and disciplinary action where appropriate.\nOperational responsibilities include, but are not limited to: inventory management, shift start meetings, warehouse housekeeping, research/resolve shipping errors and implement corrective actions.\nLead the team in all aspects of promoting the Company safety program immediately identifying and eliminating risks to drive safe working habits and behaviors.\nAssist with accident investigations as needed\nEnsure full compliance with all OSHA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).\nWork jointly with production, customer service, and distribution to ensure external customer order fulfillment requirements are met accurately and on time.\nMaintain solid customer satisfaction levels relating to quality, accuracy of loads and on-time delivery, while ensuring the highest level of operational efficiencies.\nMaintain an open dialogue and communicate effectively with Manager, shift lead person, and employees to ensure that work in warehouse is completed efficiently, on time, and with a minimum of errors.\nFollow the chain-of-command and documentation in all matters requiring supervisory\nAssist with training and integrating of new employees to the\nBe familiar with all jobs performed in the department and assist with overseeing that daily goals/schedules are successfully met.\nProcess weekly payroll\nFlexible to vary work shifts dependent upon business and staffing\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures\nExecute assigned duties with minimal supervision\nAvailable for required overtime to support business needs \nPerform assigned duties satisfactorily and in a timely manner\nPerform assigned duties following \"Good Manufacturing Practices ”\nActively participate in special teams representing the warehouse\nMaintain a clean & safe work environment\nPerform all other related duties \nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma - College Degree Preferred\n2-5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a Warehouse Department or related area\nERP(SAP) experience is desirable\nExperience with “just in time” manufacturing preferred\nBasic computer skills essential\nBasic math skills\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to work independently and to positively coach and motivate others\nAbility to work independently and cross functionally, and to positively coach and motivate\nMust have a strong working knowledge of the warehouse operation and the ability to receive direction and organize work and staffing schedules\nSkills and Competencies:\nFollow all company safety policies \nExecute assigned duties with minimal supervision\nAvailable for required overtime to support business needs \nPerform assigned duties satisfactorily and in a timely manner\nPerform assigned duties following \"Good Manufacturing Practices ”\nActively participate in special teams representing the warehouse\nMaintain a clean & safe work environment\nPerform all other related duties \nOther Information/Physical Requirements\nAbility to move at a quick pace\nStanding: Long periods (up to 8 hours).\nSitting: Moderate, at a desk operating a computer\nWalking:\nBending, Twisting & Stretching:\nLifting: Heavy (50+ lbs):\nCarrying: Heavy (40-60 lbs):\nEnvironment: Refrigerated and non-refrigerator areas with temperature variations from 34 to 85 degrees\nExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.\nThe pay range for this position is\n$86,000—$91,000 USD\nReady to join us?
