This role is open to applicants located in Bucharest, Romania.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nWrite software - tools, libraries, automation, services \nDesign and build our infrastructure platform\nIdentify and implement new platform features\nResearch and evaluate new technologies\nRefactor, rewrite or retire existing platform features\nOperate our developer experience and production application environments\nDiagnose and repair our distributed systems\nPerform maintenance, upgrades and migrations\nControl or eliminate repetitive tasks, alert noise, and business-as-usual work\nEnable development teams\nProvide executable interfaces to our infrastructure platform\nProvide tools and best practices to support the entire software development lifecycle\nParticipate in a flexible on-call rotation \nCommunicate by writing documentation, participating in meetings, and showing off your work at demos\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED:\nA degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience working in a software engineering role\nAn ability to write software and working knowledge of software engineering practice (Java programming language and strong working knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts)\nProven experience creating stable, reliable, performing and maintainable code\nFamiliarity with data modeling and schema design\nKnowledge of data structures and algorithms\nOpen Communication: clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding\nCollaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs\nSelf Development: is personally committed to, and actively works to continuously improve\nProblem Solving: uses an organized and logical approach to find solutions to complex problems.
