All Operators must meet the minimum requirements for the Operator position and will be required to perform all duties as required.\nDepartment Task Overview: Inbound\nContainer unloading and freight palletization.\nPickle Robot freight palletization\nPallet Sortation\nEquipment Operation with Authorization\n(Pacer, Clamp, Motorized Pallet Jack, Reach)\n\nDock “Pacer” function\nPerform freight putaway functions - “Putaway Driver.”\nPerform manual inventory verification counts. \nPalletize and/or repalletize inbound freight.\nOther duties as assigned.\nDepartment Task Overview: Outbound\nPallet Building - off-stacking freight from the conveyor system to a pallet\nPallet Running - Transporting pallets throughout the Shipping Dock\nManual Trailer Loading - Loading freight from the conveyor or pallets inside the trailer.\nPallet Loading - Use of powered industrial equipment to load palletized freight into trailers.\nManual and Motorized Pallet Jacks - Moving freight to designated locations in the Distribution Center \nPerform manual inventory verification counts. \nStacking and Restacking freight as needed.\nFreight Palletization and Preparing for shipment - Will include the use of manual and automated stretch film applications. \nEquipment Operation with Authorization\n(Pacer, Clamp, Motorized Pallet Jack, Reach)\n\nOther duties as assigned.\nDepartment Task Overview: Processing\nEquipment Operation with Authorization (Pacer, Motorized Pallet Jack, Reach)\nOrder Fulfillment - Use of Powered Industrial Equipment may be required. Full Pallet Picking and Replenishment\nRetrieval from RAFT and Bulk Storage locations Pick to Pallet Picking - Manual palletizing of freight.\nAutostore Detrashing\n\nAutostore Picking\n\nAutostore Packing\n\nFull Case Pick to Belt\n\nPutwall Induction and Packing\n\nManual movement of freight, tools, and supplies\nOther Duties As assigned.\nResponsibilities:\nOperate lifts equipment following Distribution Center Safety Guidelines\nFollow all Inbound SOPs to ensure process adherence and Inventory accuracy.\nMaintain a clean, safe work environment.\nComply with all company policies.\nMust possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish required tasks.\nUse of simple math skills. Work from lists, orders, or instructions. Use a weight scale.\nMust operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE as deemed necessary for the safety of the operator, coworkers, and facility.\nMust possess a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management.\nAvailable to work long hours and weekends, as needed.\nAdhere to the company's quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high-quality products, delivered on time at a cost that represents value.\nStrive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions.\nOther duties as required.\nPhysical Demands:\nStanding/walking for extended periods.\nRepetitive motion.\nFrequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers.\nFrequent lifting up to 50lbs - team lifts over 50lbs. \nAble to work in various temperature conditions.\nAll Operators must meet the minimum requirements for the Operator II position and will be required to perform all duties as required.
