provide technical coaching and knowledge sharing.\nRecommend architecture enhancements, security improvements, and modernization opportunities across Azure, M365, AVD, and AWS environments.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.\nContribute to engineering standards, governance practices, and platform roadmaps.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nEDUCATION\nBA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nEXPERIENCE\n5+ years experience in cloud engineering, systems engineering, or infrastructure roles.\n3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.\n3+ years hands-on experience with AWS environments and multi-cloud architectures.\n2+ years experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or similar VDI technologies.\nREQUIREMENTS\nStrong understanding of identity and access management including Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MFA.\nExperience with networking concepts including VPNs, ExpressRoute, DNS, and firewalls.\nFamiliarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks.\nKNOWLEDGE\nMicrosoft 365 services and administration.\nAzure services including compute, storage, networking, and security.\nAzure Virtual Desktop architecture and optimization.\nAWS core services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).\nHybrid infrastructure and identity integrations.\nDevOps orchestration.\nSKILLS\nScripting (PowerShell strongly preferred).\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).\nTroubleshooting complex cloud and hybrid systems.\nMonitoring and performance tuning.\nStrong written and verbal communication.\nABILITIES\nAbility to manage multiple projects and
