This role is key to ensuring patients receive seamless, timely care while supporting providers with clinical and administrative tasks.\nWhat We Offer\nHere’s a sneak peek of the awesome perks our Full-Time Team Members enjoy:\nCompetitive health & welfare benefits, HSA \nMonthly stipend for extra coverage\n401(k) with company match\n24/7 Employee Assistance Program\nPTO, paid holidays, AND appreciation events …plus, so much more!\nGENERAL SUMMARY\nServe as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and the healthcare team to ensure smooth care delivery.\nGuide patients through their healthcare journey, helping them understand conditions, medications, and provider instructions.\nSupport providers by handling administrative and clinical tasks that allow more face-to-face patient care.\nEssential Functions\nDocument patient visits accurately, including history, procedures, exams, and provider plans.\nAssist with in-office procedures (injections, aspirations, suture removal).\nComplete disability/FMLA paperwork and call in prescriptions/refills.\nSchedule appointments and procedures; triage patient calls.\nCoordinate with WC adjusters, home health agencies, and nurse case managers.\nManage provider schedules and submit/renew physical therapy orders.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent (medical background or relevant coursework preferred).\nCMA certification or college degree in healthcare/anatomy is a plus.\nStrong organizational, typing, and computer skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.\nTyping speed of 40+ WPM; ability to work independently while supporting team efficiency.\nThis description is intended to provide only basic guidelines for meeting job requirements.
